What is the absorbency level of our underwear?
It all depends on the model. Our heavy flow styles can absorb as much as 4 to 5 tampons. They’re highly absorbent.
Our medium-flow period panties have an absorbency equivalent to 2 to 3 pads.
The protective area on all models covers almost the entire underwear for guaranteed leak protection :)
For the first time, we recommend trying our underwear at home to see how many hours you can wear them and if they’re suitable for your flow.
What’s my size?
We size according to European standards. We’ve made this chart in cm to help guide you if you’re not sure about your size:

If you’re Canadian or American, please order one size up from your usual size.
Standard US and Canadian sizes run one size larger than our European sizes. If you wear a M in the US or Canada, choose a size L.
How do you care for your period panties?
It’s super simple, just follow these steps:
- Rinse until the water runs clear.
- Machine wash at 30°C with your other clothes (no, it won’t stain them)
- Do not use fabric softener
- Air dry - Do not tumble dry
- Reuse and enjoy :)
I have sensitive skin—can I wear your underwear?
Yes, the absorbent part—the one in contact with your mucous membranes—is always covered with OCS-certified organic cotton (Organic Cotton Standard). The body of the underwear depends on the style.
All our fabrics are OEKO TEX 100 certified. This certification guarantees that our products are non-toxic and contain no harmful substances.
