WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOULOUCUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LOULOUCUP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
