This Privacy Policy explains how LoulouCup (“LoulouCup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or make a purchase from louloucup.com (the “Site”) and use our related services (together, the “Services”). It also describes the privacy rights available to residents of certain U.S. states.

Our Site is hosted on Shopify, which collects and processes certain information on our behalf as described below. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

The Services are operated by KLEA, doing business as LoulouCup, located at 9 Rue des Flots Bleus, 13007 Marseille, France. Because we operate from France, personal information you provide may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United States, including the European Union. When you create an account, place an order, contact customer service, sign up for marketing, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:

  2. Order and transaction information (products purchased, order value, order history);
  3. Payment information (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers ourselves);

3. A Note on Health-Related Information

LoulouCup sells period care and menstrual products. We do not ask you to provide medical records, health-condition details, or other sensitive health information to use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect such information. We recognize that purchasing menstrual products may, by inference, relate to your health. We do not use your purchase history to make health-related inferences for advertising, and we do not share your information with advertising partners. We treat order information with care.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  1. Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and manage returns and refunds;
  2. Process payments and prevent fraud;
  3. Provide customer service and respond to your requests;
  4. Create and manage your account;

  1. Service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Shopify (hosting and store operations), payment processors, shipping carriers and our third-party logistics (3PL) partner, email and marketing platforms, customer-review tools, and analytics providers;
  2. Analytics providers that help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it;
  3. Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
  4. Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

7. Shopify

Our Site is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes information necessary to host the Site, complete checkout, and operate store features. Shopify’s handling of personal information is governed by Shopify’s own privacy policy, available at shopify.com.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by emailing hello@louloucup.com. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the applicable timeframe. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

11. Marketing Choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing message or by contacting us. Transactional messages related to your orders are not promotional and will continue as needed to service your purchases.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Minors should use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

13. International Data Transfers

We operate from France. When you use the Services, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, the European Union, and other countries that may have data-protection rules different from those in your jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection where required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
