We want Louloucup to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text and stronger contrast.

What we’re working toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That means text you can resize without breaking the layout, colour contrast that holds up, images with descriptions, forms that make sense without sight, and a site you can move through using only a keyboard.

Where we are

We’re not there on every page yet, and we’d rather say so than claim otherwise. We review the site regularly and fix what we find. Newer pages are in better shape than older ones.

If something doesn’t work for you

Tell us. Email hello@louloucup.com with the page you were on and what went wrong, and we’ll fix it — and in the meantime we’ll help you do whatever you were trying to do, by email or by phone if that’s easier.

We answer within one business day.
