We want you to love your Louloucup. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to reach out for a return or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. If an item arrives faulty or you received the wrong product, we'll of course make it right at no cost to you.

🧺 How to Wash Your Louloucup

Caring for your period underwear is simple — and proper care keeps them working beautifully for years.

  1. Rinse in cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) with similar colors.
  3. Air dry only — lay flat or hang. No tumble dryer.
  4. No bleach, no fabric softener, no ironing.

With proper care, your Louloucup panties last 2–3+ years.

Which period underwear is the most effective?

The most effective period underwear combines strong absorbency, reliable leak protection, and skin-safe materials. Heavy-flow Louloucup styles absorb up to 40–50 ml — the equivalent of 4–5 tampons — and can be worn up to 12 hours. All our panties are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class II certified, lined with certified organic cotton, and independently lab-tested with zero detectable PFAS.

How do I pick the right pair?

Choose based on your flow (light, medium, or heavy), your preferred silhouette (high-waist, seamless, thong), and your size. Most people own 3–5 styles for different days of their cycle and different outfits.

Can I wear period underwear all day?

Yes. Depending on your flow and the style, you can wear Louloucup for 8–12 hours of leak-proof protection.

Can I sleep in period underwear?

Can I work out in period underwear?
