It’s the story of a close mother-daughter duo who wanted to offer beautiful, healthy, and eco-friendly alternatives to traditional period products.
We started our journey by offering extremely comfortable menstrual cups and later introduced our menstrual underwear line.

Our certifications
All our workshops that make our underwear meet the strictest environmental and social standards. Our workshops are ISO 9001 and BSCI certified. Our underwear is fully OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.
For our menstrual cups, the silicone and dyes used meet the strictest standards—FDA USP class VI, ISO 10993-6-10, REACH, and Rohs.
Your health is our priority, and that starts with offering safe, non-toxic fabrics. The inside of our underwear is always made from organic cotton.
Our social and environmental commitments
In 2020, our partner had a recurrence of her breast cancer. This deeply upset our balance, but our partner fights every day to live a normal life.
For Pink October, 100% of the profits from the Gigi model were donated to the ARC Foundation for cancer research.

We’re all different! That’s why we care about offering a wide variety of sizes, styles (from menstrual tangas to little bloomers to high-waisted cuts), and fabrics so there’s something for everyone.
At Loulou, we also pay special attention to your comfort: the cut of our XL, XXL, and XXXL panties is always adjusted so the fit is perfect. The elastics are never too tight and won’t dig in.
