A return slip is included in your parcel just in case. Simply follow the return procedure. Don’t forget to clearly indicate the size(s) and style(s) you would like in exchange, as well as your order number.

We strongly recommend sending your return with a tracking number to ensure it is received correctly.

Yes, you can return a panty that doesn’t suit you within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note: the panty must not have been worn, used or washed. It must be in perfect (like-new) condition in its original packaging, ideally undamaged and not torn.

Menstrual cups cannot be returned. They therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons.

Exchanging a product doesn’t incur any extra fees. However, returning or sending back your first order if it doesn’t fit is at your own expense. Go to the post office to weigh and label your package.

Return shipping costs are covered by Louloucup if there is a mistake with the order.
