A return slip is included in your order just in case. All you need to do is follow the return procedure, that’s it. Don’t forget to clearly indicate the size(s) and model(s) you want in exchange, as well as your order number. 

We strongly recommend sending your return with a tracking number to ensure it is received safely. 

Yes, you can return a pair of underwear that doesn’t fit within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note: the underwear must not have been worn, used, or washed. It must be in perfect (new) condition in its original packaging, preferably undamaged and untorn. 

Menstrual cups cannot be returned. They are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Exchanging a product doesn’t incur any extra fees. However, returning or sending back your first order if it doesn’t fit is at your own expense. Go to the post office to weigh and label your package.

Return shipping costs are covered by Louloucup if there is a mistake with the order.
