Towards free period panties for under-26s?
Coverage of period underwear by French social security and private health insurers is on the right track, but nothing has been finalized yet. Reimbursement of period underwear is a long-awaited measure that has been dragging on since 2022. We’ll be sure to keep you posted!
Update October 2025: for now, social security coverage of period products has been dropped.
