Classic and inexpensive to buy, disposable period products are easy to find in supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores and online. We’re talking about the most traditional, accessible and well-known menstrual products: pads, tampons and panty liners. 

The essential tampon is very practical. It fits easily into a bag and saves those afternoons at the pool with friends. It’s easy to use thanks to its applicator.

However, it produces polluting waste that takes many years to decompose.
