The very heavy flow menstrual underwear Mathilde is available in a teen version, in size XXS for young girls or the smallest body types. Size XXS corresponds to a size 32. Our other heavy flow menstrual underwear are available starting at size XS, which is a size 34.

The period panty is a reusable, washable, and durable product. It’s easy to care for.
At Louloucup, we recommend rinsing the panties or shaping shorts in cold, clear water after removing them. Then, wash them in the machine with the rest of your dirty laundry. A short cycle at 86°F (30°C) is ideal. Use a gentle, non-aggressive detergent without fabric softener. Finally, we strongly recommend air drying, avoiding tumble dryers and direct heat sources.
