Up to 12 hours for a regular flow, 6–8 hours for a heavy flow. It absorbs up to 40 ml — equivalent to 4 super tampons.
Rinse in cold water, then machine wash at 30°C / 86°F. Air dry. Avoid fabric softener and the dryer.
For a full cycle, we recommend 6–7 pairs: 4–5 to wear + 2–3 rotating while you wash. At 5 pairs you also unlock the maximum discount (-21%)!
