• You can then machine wash the panty with the rest of your clothes on a short cycle at 30°C or 40°C maximum. Fabric softeners are not recommended. We strongly recommend returning your package with a tracking number to ensure it is properly received. 

Yes, you can return a pair of underwear that doesn’t fit within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note: the underwear must not have been worn, used, or washed. It must be in perfect (new) condition in its original packaging, preferably undamaged and untorn. 

Menstrual cups cannot be returned. They are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Exchanging a product doesn’t incur any extra fees. However, returning or sending back your first order if it doesn’t fit is at your own expense. Go to the post office to weigh and label your package.

Return shipping costs are covered by Louloucup if there is a mistake with the order.
